By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

Services: Consulting, development, and incubator guidance tailored to tech startup needs.
Information Products: Digital guides, courses, templates, and other downloadable content.
Physical Goods: Tangible items offered for sale via our site.
3. Services
Our service offerings are described on novalyxo.com. Specific terms, schedules, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to modify service features and availability at any time.
4. Information Products
Information products are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive access instructions. Access is for your personal or internal business use only and may not be shared.
5. Physical Goods
Physical goods are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Payment
All fees are due as stated at the time of purchase or as outlined in your service agreement. We accept credit card and bank transfer. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access or services.
7. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by purchase type. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
7.1 Services
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled service, you may receive a full refund. Requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation; however, you may reschedule subject to availability.
7.2 Information Products
Requests for a refund of digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the content. Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
7.3 Physical Goods
You may ship back items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the product at the address above, we will process a refund of the item cost (excluding shipping fees) within 15 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Rescheduling of Services
To reschedule a service appointment, contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your new preferred date.
